Return and Refund policy

Swift Ebike Hub is committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return and refund process. This policy applies to all orders within the United Kingdom.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover all return costs.
  • Wrong product ordered by customer: Customer responsible for return shipping.

How to Request a Return

Contact our support team at info@swiftebikehub.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged

You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions within 24–48 hours if eligible.

The product must be unused. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong item sent
  • Incorrect size
  • Defective items

Contact us to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs depend on the type of exchange and responsibility (company vs customer).

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply for returned bikes, covering inspection and repackaging costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refund approval or rejection will be notified.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at info@swiftebikehub.com.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Inspect your order upon receipt.
Report any defects, damages, or wrong items immediately via email for assessment and resolution.
