In City spec, Wisper Wayfarer M9 Mid-Drive Crossbar E-Bike is a comfortable commuter or day to day workhorse but underneath the city exterior beats the heart of a true thoroughbred, the Wayfarer super hi torque motor developing 100Nm.

Key Legal Points:
Classification as an EAPC:
- The bike must have pedals that can be used to propel it.
- The motor must not exceed a maximum power output of 250 watts.
- The motor should not provide assistance once the bike reaches 15.5 mph (25 km/h).
Riding Requirements:
- Riders must be at least 14 years old.
- No license, insurance, or vehicle tax is required.
Where You Can Ride:
- EAPCs are permitted on cycle paths, and any area where regular bicycles are allowed.
- They cannot be used on pavements or pedestrian-only zones.
EAPC Identification:
Your e-bike must display either the manufacturer's name and power output or a sticker showing compliance with EAPC regulations.
E-Scooters

Privately Owned E-Scooters:
- It is illegal to use privately owned e-scooters on public roads, pavements, cycle lanes, or pedestrian areas.
- They may only be used on private land with the landowner's permission.
Rental E-Scooters:
